I followed his career in Serie A2, first in Treviglio and then in Ravenna and every season he has been improving and has been adding something new to his repertoire. This year, like everyone in his team, he played an excellent championship. Now I think he is ready and has it all to make a leap to the next level. We are convinced that Matteo has the right stuff for Serie A».

I thank the company and the coach for giving me this great opportunity. Serie A is definitely a tough championship but I think I'm ready to take the leap to the next level. For my part, I will always do my best when I go on court with a Varese jersey. I look forward to getting to the city, seeing Coach Caja, who I have already had the pleasure of having in the nationals, and to start training with the new squad».
