MACRON NEW TECHNICAL SPONSOR OF VARESE BASKETBALL

Varese Basketball has again chosen Macron as technical sponsor. The leading international Italian brand in the teamwear sector and the Red & Whites have announced the new partnership that will begin from July 1st and that from next season will see the Emilia-Romagna company alongside the ten-time Italian champions over four seasons.
The Varese Basketball team, with 10 scudetti, 5 Champions Cups, 2 Cup Winners’ Cups, 3 Intercontinental Cups, 4 Italian Cups and 1 Italian Super Cup is one of the teams in Italy and Europe with the most titles. Between the sixties and seventies, they reached the Champions League final ten times in a row, a record that is still unmatched today. Moreover, Varese has coached the greatest basketball technicians, while hosts of champions, both Italian and foreign, have made the Red & Whites and its city famous throughout the world.
Macron will supply the Varese club with the entire clothing line, and the company's staff along with the Emilia-Romagna company's style department are already working together to develop the new collection and merchandising line that will, as always and in the style of Macron, enhance the colours, history and tradition of the Red & Whites club, which will be available at the Varese Basketball Store.
To characterise and identify the garments that will be made for Varese Basketball there will be a new icon for the Italian brand – Macron Hero. The logo, which represents a human figure, was inspired by the tip of a spear which, by definition, signifies dynamism and speed. Macron Hero symbolises even more effectively the sheer joy that is experienced at the end of a challenge. Reaching an objective. Toil, passion and determination. Macrons’ philosophy – “Work hard.
