Openjobmetis Varese Basketball announces that Luca Campani has recently undergone specialised reassessment on his left knee as a result of a sprain trauma, which occurred during the match against Rosa Radom in the FIBA Basketball Champions League on 16 November.

The Red & White Centre, under the advice of an orthopaedic specialist, has been working every day during a long period of rehabilitation in order to achieve a complete and final functional recovery that will allow him to return on court as soon as possible. Over the course of this rehabilitation, however, there was no evidence of the improvements that were expected. In the light of these new findings, Campani will have to undergo arthroscopic surgery.

The recovery time will be approximately three months.
