Yet another historic day at Varese Basketball.

After the acquisition last August on behalf of "Basket samo noi", of 1% of the shares of the Red & White’s club by the "Varese in the Heart" Consortium, the supporter trust established this summer has exercised the right for the acquisition of 4% of the Piazza Monte Grappa company shares, increasing its numbers in the popular shareholding.

The move, despite being carried out in accordance with the agreements, was made to openly express the close bond between the Varese fans to the company and to the team.



"Basket samo noi" is a non-profit organisation established by a group of enthusiasts in order to create ‘supporter trust’ in Varese Basketball. The objective is to develop as many partnerships as possible between the fans and supporters of Varese Basketball to generate financial resources over time that will actually be beneficial in the management of the company. The primary objective of the "Basket samo noi" organisation is to plan to develop initiatives in support of the values of sport and, in particular, basketball. "Basket samo noi" will appeal to fans of basketball and Varese Basketball who want to share their ‘sense of belonging’ and contribute proactively to assist the club.
