RAMON GALLOWAY IS NOW IN THE WHITE-AND-RED TEAM
Pallacanestro Openjobmetis Varese has reached an agreement with Ramon Galloway. Born in 1991, Galloway has signed a one-year contract to play with the white-and-red team until the end of the 2015/2016 sport season. A remarkably athletic combo guard, Galloway is good at bringing the ball game, at slam dunks, and at playing back to the basket. He has participated in the recent Las Vegas Summer League with the Chicago Bulls, averaging 10.7 points, 3 rebounds, 4.8 assists in 25 minutes.

He spent his first two years in college in South Carolina and graduated at La Salle where he was a protagonist in the qualification of the Explorers at the NCAA Sweet 16. When he was in college in Philadelphia, he averaged 15.7 points per game with 4.6 rebounds and 3.6 assists in approximately 33 minutes, with over 40% of three-pointers (second best performance ever in the history of that university). After playing in the 2013 Summer League with the Denver Nuggets, he decided to move to Europe where he started off with the Bosnian Igokea, playing 7 competitions between the Eurocup and ABA. In the following season, together with the former white-and-red player Andy Rautins, he went to Frankfurt with the Skyliners. Here, in 24 games he scored 9.8 points in an average of 25 minutes, with 2.5 rebounds and 2 assists. Last year he played in the A2 Silver at Tortona, scoring an average of over 13 points.
