The day after the important win on the Manital Torino court, ‘Basketball: a school of life’ has returned. The project, organised by Openjobmetis Varese Basketball thanks to contributions by TEVA and Brother Italia, brings players in direct contact with the students from Varese and the province. The second stage of the successful initiative, coordinated by the indefatigable Raffaella Demattè, saw Paolo Conti, assistant coach of Openjobmetis Varese, at Dante Junior School in Varese where he met about two hundred students at the gym. The boys listened to Paolo as he spoke of his time as an athlete, trainer and professional in the world of work. The wonderful encounter at Dante, after a time dedicated to questions, ended with the traditional group photo, the handing out of the Red & White’s calendar and Brother Italia Varese basketballs.
