Giancarlo Ferrero and Nicola Natali were the stars this morning of “Basketball: a school of life”, the Varese Basketball project sponsored by Fip, Coni and Varese Council, which was organised with the assistance of Intesa Sanpaolo and whose purpose is to promote basketball in our province.



Before a crowd of students at Liceo Scientifico Galileo Ferraris in Varese, coordinated by Raffaella Dematté, head of the initiative, the two Italian Openjobmetis players recounted their experiences both as professional basketball players and those spent at university where they also had a great deal of satisfaction.



Many young people turned out (with many of them present at the Enerxenia Arena on the occasion of our victory over Pesaro last night) and inundated Ferrero and Natali with a wide variety of inquisitive questions.



The meeting ended with the classic group photo in the school gym.
