The Super Cup will start on 27 August with 4 rounds of 4 teams with home and away matches – the first runners up of each round will enter the Final Four. Openjobmetis Varese Basketball has been included in Round A with Brescia, Milan and Cantù. 

Composition of the groups is as follows:

Round A: Basket Brescia Leonessa, Olimpia Milano, Openjobmetis Varese and Cantù Basketball.
Round B: Virtus Bologna, Vanoli Cremona, Fortitudo Bologna and Reggiana Basketball.
Round C: Umana Reyer Venezia, Aquila Basketball Trento, Universo Treviso Basketball and Trieste Basketball.
Round D: Dinamo Sassari, New Basket Brindisi, Virtus Roma and Victoria Libertas Pesaro.
